EXCELL Refund Policy

 

  1. Prepaid Services: No refunds or cancellations are considered, except in cases of service non-feasibility (4-6 weeks processing time).
  2. Service Guarantee: Subscribers to fixed-term packages (6 months or more) can opt for a prorated refund if the quality of service depletes below the agreed SLA can opt to cancel within 29 days of activation. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  3. Eligibility Criteria:
    • Refund requests after 29 days of service activation will not qualify.
    • The policy applies only to new subscribers in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
    • Subscribers can opt only once under this policy.
  4. Conditions for Refund:
    • All the Excell Media owned equipment and accessories must be returned.
    • Claims are non-transferable and must be initiated by the enrolled subscriber.
  5. Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted for service failures due to force majeure or illegal use.
  6. Policy Amendments: EXCELL may amend this policy at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
  7. Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian law; disputes are subject to the courts in Hyderabad.
