EXCELL Refund Policy
- Prepaid Services: No refunds or cancellations are considered, except in cases of service non-feasibility (4-6 weeks processing time).
- Service Guarantee: Subscribers to fixed-term packages (6 months or more) can opt for a prorated refund if the quality of service depletes below the agreed SLA can opt to cancel within 29 days of activation. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Refund requests after 29 days of service activation will not qualify.
- The policy applies only to new subscribers in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Subscribers can opt only once under this policy.
- Conditions for Refund:
- All the Excell Media owned equipment and accessories must be returned.
- Claims are non-transferable and must be initiated by the enrolled subscriber.
- Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted for service failures due to force majeure or illegal use.
- Policy Amendments: EXCELL may amend this policy at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
- Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian law; disputes are subject to the courts in Hyderabad.
